Working with financial documents:
- Perform reconciliation
- Preparing documents for international auditors and checking audit results
- Issuing and receiving invoices
- Working closely with the accounting teams of our clients to manage payment-related issues
- Supporting to other team members and employees/freelancers in finance-related matters
- Dealing with tax compliance issues
- Monthly & quarterly budget planning
- Preparation and analysis of debt report
- Dealing with insurance companies
- Search and consolidation of a variety of information on management requests
Communication and preparing of different documents:
- With/for foreign offices
- With/for lawyers
- With/for auditors
- With/for international payment systems/banks
We are looking for someone who has
- 2+ years of experience in international companies (preferably in IT)
- Intermediate English
- Good knowledge in international finance (we can teach specifics if needed)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work with international documents: reports, contracts, invoices, etc
- General knowledge in international accountancy
- Experience working with debts
- High motivation and fast learning skills
