AI Tools Register

The register below lists Artificial Intelligence tools that have been reviewed under P2H’s internal governance process and approved for organizational use.

Each tool has been assessed for compliance with our standards, subject to the terms and conditions set by the AI tool provider which exclusively govern its usage, with particular attention to: (I) responsible AI usage requirements set in P2H; (II) protection of client data and systems through risk assessment and mitigation; (III) assurance that AI tool providers claim no rights to the generated outputs; (IV) AI tool provider commitments not to use submitted inputs for its own purposes, including model training; and (V) AI tool provider commitments that the tool meets acceptable information security and compliance thresholds.

This register is maintained to provide transparency regarding which tools may be used as part of delivery processes.
