Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We invite Sales Development Representative to grow P2H presence in MENA Region.

You will work in a team of MENA Portfolio Director.

We can offer you a complete high-quality onboarding with schemes for work, manuals, templates, and timely feedback on your work and progress.

The team is growing, so you will have the possibility of your promotion to Sales Manager and prospective to become a Head of Sales.

Your impact

  • Search for potential leads via LinkedIn and related tools and conduct the research.
  • Conduct outreach campaigns (with the help of the team) for the leads database.
  • Communicate with potential leads to convert them into SQL —  to appoint calls and meetings with the Portfolio Director. To support the communication plan.
  • Support the communication with the customers after offline meetings. Maintain presale (assistance to the Portfolio Director). 
  • Stay updated on P2H offers for the target market. Interpret them efficiently to find potential customers.
  • Research and understand the market needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, etc.
  • Collaborate with all related teams to create the best possible initial offer.
  • Work with CRM, maintain the current database, and continue to grow and update it. 

As a result of the completed probation period, our team expects you to:

  • Put in order current leads database: collect contacts, find extra/lost; arrange clients by status; restore conversations history. Organize this database in a suitable way for your productive systematic work.
  • Figure out how the segments are arranged; what E-Government companies, their features, and differences. 
  • Set up outreach process. 

Tools that we use: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, GMass,, Crunchbase, Clutch, and others. You are free to choose other tools that you think might be useful.

We are looking for someone who has

  • At least 1 year of experience as an SDR
  • An understanding of client profile and ICP
  • Exceptional research skill
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
  • Advanced English and business correspondence skills — as a must.
